Introduction
Eden Life Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Eden Life”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) currently offer a service that enables you to automatically schedule, manage and have certain household chores and other errands performed on your behalf via your own “Gardener”. Upon payment of subscription fees, you will be assigned one or more individuals (each, a “Gardener”) who will perform those tasks (such as picking up laundry, delivering meals, or household cleaning) requested by you via the Service (each, a “Task”). To schedule a Task, you must input the required information as requested through the Service. You agree that any information you provide when scheduling a Task is true, accurate, current, and complete, and, where applicable, you will update all such information as necessary to maintain its truth, accuracy, and completeness.
For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, a “User” is an individual who creates an account on our Site or App to use our services scheduling App.
Our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and, where applicable, Cancellation policy, collectively govern your use or evaluation of our Site, App, and Services.

- Anonymized or Aggregated Information. Eden Life’s Site and App record certain anonymized or aggregated information about your use or evaluation of our Services. Anonymized or aggregated information is used for a variety of functions, including the measurement of Users’ and Clients' interest in and use of various portions or features of the Site and App. Anonymized or aggregated information is not Personal Information, and we may use such information in a number of ways, including internal analysis and research.
- Cookies and Pixels. Similar to other consumer internet services, Eden Life uses cookies, a small piece of text files that enables our Web servers to “identify” Users and Clients, each time they initiate a session on our Site. A cookie is set in order to identify you and tailor the Site to you. We collect cookies to remember your IP address so that you can save time when coming back to our website. - Cookies do not store any of the Personal Information that you provided to us; they are simply identifiers.
